To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 70g Castello Blue cheese, crumbled, 60ml light sour cream, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp warm water , 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives, 2 tsp wholegrain mustard, 1 iceberg lettuce, trimmed, cut into wedges , 30g walnut pieces, toasted.
Ingredients:
- 70g Castello Blue cheese, crumbled
- 60ml light sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp warm water
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 iceberg lettuce, trimmed, cut into wedges
- 30g walnut pieces, toasted
Instructions
- Combine the blue cheese, sour cream, oil, vinegar, water, chives and mustard in a screw-top jar. Shake to combine.
- Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce and sprinkle with the walnut.
