To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 70g Castello Blue cheese, crumbled, 60ml light sour cream, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp warm water , 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives, 2 tsp wholegrain mustard, 1 iceberg lettuce, trimmed, cut into wedges , 30g walnut pieces, toasted.

Ingredients:

  • 70g Castello Blue cheese, crumbled 
  • 60ml light sour cream 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp warm water 
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives 
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard 
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, trimmed, cut into wedges 
  • 30g walnut pieces, toasted 

Instructions

  1. Combine the blue cheese, sour cream, oil, vinegar, water, chives and mustard in a screw-top jar. Shake to combine.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce and sprinkle with the walnut.
