To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 750g can tiny taters potatoes, drained, diced, 3 gherkins, chopped, 2 green onions, thinly sliced, 1 tbsp capers, drained, chopped, 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped , 310g can corn kernels, drained, rinsed, 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, 1/4 cup caesar dressing .
Ingredients:
- 750g can tiny taters potatoes, drained, diced
- 3 gherkins, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp capers, drained, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 310g can corn kernels, drained, rinsed
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup caesar dressing
Instructions
- Place potato, gherkin, onion, capers, egg, corn and half the parsley in a large bowl. Add dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Serve topped with remaining parsley.
