To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 3 x 75g pkts Indomie Instant Cup Noodles Mi Goreng, Olive oil spray, 500g peeled medium green king prawns, with tails, deveined, 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips, 3 shallots, cut into 7cm lengths, finely shredded , 1 cup fresh coriander leaves .

Ingredients:

  • 3 x 75g pkts Indomie Instant Cup Noodles Mi Goreng 
  • Olive oil spray 
  • 500g peeled medium green king prawns, with tails, deveined 
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips 
  • 3 shallots, cut into 7cm lengths, finely shredded 
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves 

Instructions

  1. Prepare noodles following packet directions. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat until just smoking. Spray with oil. Stir-fry the prawns for 4-5 minutes or until prawns curl and change colour.
  3. Add the prawns, capsicum, shallot and coriander to the noodles. Toss to combine. Divide among serving bowls.
