To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 350g bowtie pasta, 375g fresh peas, shelled, 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, 1 lemon, rind finely grated, 200g feta, drained, cut into small cubes , 1 bunch rocket, trimmed, leaves torn, 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts .

Ingredients:

  • 350g bowtie pasta 
  • 375g fresh peas, shelled 
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 1 lemon, rind finely grated 
  • 200g feta, drained, cut into small cubes 
  • 1 bunch rocket, trimmed, leaves torn 
  • 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts 

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, or until tender. Add peas to pan 3 minutes before pasta is ready. Drain pasta and peas. Rinse under lukewarm water. Drain. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add oil, lemon rind, feta, rocket, pine nuts and salt and pepper to pasta. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
