This zesty salad is the perfect side dish for a barbecue.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1/2 radicchio, leaves separated, washed, dried, coarsely chopped, 1/2 cos lettuce, leaves separated, washed, dried, coarsely chopped, 2 tbsp fresh orange juice, 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp red wine vinegar , 1 tsp wholegrain mustard .
Ingredients:
- 1/2 radicchio, leaves separated, washed, dried, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cos lettuce, leaves separated, washed, dried, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
Instructions
- Place the radicchio and cos in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the orange juice, oil, vinegar and mustard in a screw-top jar and shake until combined. Drizzle over salad. Serve with the sausage, potato & fennel roast.
