Ingredients:
- 1 bunch watercress, washed, small sprigs picked
- 1 green witlof, leaves separated
- 1 red witlof, leaves separated
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp good-quality red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
Instructions
- Combine all salad leaves in a large serving bowl.
- For dressing, place all ingredients into a screw-top jar. Shake well to combine.
- When ready to serve, pour enough dressing over salad to lightly coat the leaves. Toss well. Serve with roast beef.
