To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1 radicchio lettuce, trimmed, leaves torn, 2 baby fennel bulbs, trimmed, thinly sliced, 400g can borlotti beans, drained, rinsed, 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp lemon juice , 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves .
Ingredients:
- 1 radicchio lettuce, trimmed, leaves torn
- 2 baby fennel bulbs, trimmed, thinly sliced
- 400g can borlotti beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Place radicchio, fennel, beans, onion, lemon juice, oil and basil leaves in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve.
