To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1 radicchio lettuce, trimmed, leaves torn, 2 baby fennel bulbs, trimmed, thinly sliced, 400g can borlotti beans, drained, rinsed, 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp lemon juice , 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves .

Ingredients:

  • 1 radicchio lettuce, trimmed, leaves torn 
  • 2 baby fennel bulbs, trimmed, thinly sliced 
  • 400g can borlotti beans, drained, rinsed 
  • 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves 

Instructions

  1. Place radicchio, fennel, beans, onion, lemon juice, oil and basil leaves in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve.
