Ingredients:
- Leaves from 2-3 heads baby cos lettuce
- 2 pears , cut into thin wedges
- 2/3 cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
- 325g thinly sliced rare roast beef*
- 2/3 cup thin cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2/3 cup crumbled hard blue cheese
Instructions
- For the dressing, whisk together cream, lemon juice and oil. Stir in cheese, being careful not to break up too much.
- Divide lettuce among 4 large shallow bowls. Top with pear, pecans and roast beef, then drizzle over the dressing.
