Camembert, apple and spinach salad with garlic toasts

This quick and easy salad is a taste sensation.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 20g unsalted butter, 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 2 pink lady apples, cored, cut into thick wedges, 1 ficelle , sliced 1cm thick, 1 garlic clove, halved , 200g camembert, cut into wedges, 4 cups baby spinach leaves, 2 tbsp cider vinegar , 2 tsp honey, 1/4 cup olive oil.
Ingredients:
- 20g unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pink lady apples, cored, cut into thick wedges
- 1 ficelle , sliced 1cm thick
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 200g camembert, cut into wedges
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Heat the butter and 2 teaspoons of the oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add the apple and cook, turning once, for 5 minutes or until lightly caramelised. Set aside.
- Rub the bread on both sides with the cut sides of the garlic clove. Brush with remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place bread under the grill, turning once, until browned on both sides.
- For dressing, combine all ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake to combine.
- To assemble the salad, combine the apple, garlic toasts, camembert and baby spinach leaves in a large bowl.
- Add dressing and toss to combine.
