Turn leftover beef bouguignon into another traditional family favourite.
Recipe «Beef stroganoff» presented in category Recipes / Soups, to prepare this dish you will need no more 15 minutes. To make this dish at home by prescription from the author sheff would need: 375g dried fettuccine, 1 tbsp olive oil, 300g button mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 tsp sweet paprika, 1/2 quantity Beef bourguignon , 420g can Heinz big red tomato soup, 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup sour cream , 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves.
Ingredients:
- 375g dried fettuccine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 300g button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 quantity Beef bourguignon
- 420g can Heinz big red tomato soup
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add mushroom. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add paprika. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add beef mixture, soup and sauce. Stir. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
- Add sour cream. Stir until combined and heated through. Serve stroganoff with fettuccine and sprinkled with parsley.
