Ingredients:
- 175g white chocolate melts, melted
- 3 cups puffed rice cereal
- 150g tub rainbow choc chips
- 250g white chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
Instructions
- Using the back of a spoon or a small paintbrush, coat four 13cm x 8cm (1 cup-capacity) egg-shaped moulds with melted melts. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set.
- Combine rice cereal and half the choc chips in a bowl. Add melted white chocolate. Stir to coat. Spoon mixture into moulds. Sprinkle with remaining choc chips. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
