To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 green tea bags, 6 cardamom pods, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 whole cloves, 3 tsp white sugar , 1/2 cup soy milk .

Ingredients:

  • 2 green tea bags 
  • 6 cardamom pods 
  • 1 cinnamon stick 
  • 2 whole cloves 
  • 3 tsp white sugar 
  • 1/2 cup soy milk 

Instructions

  1. Empty contents of tea bags into saucepan. Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, sugar and 1 1/2 cups of cold water. Bring to the boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes or until aromatic.
  2. Add soy milk. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until hot. Strain into 2 heatproof glasses or cups. Serve.
