Put a decadent champagne spin on Christmas brunch with this fun berry fizz.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lime 
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar 
  • 100ml raspberry liqueur 
  • 250ml Absolut Raspberri vodka 
  • 750ml btl sparkling wine, chilled 

Instructions

  1. Rub the rim of each glass with lime. Spread the sugar over a small plate. Press the rim of each glass in the sugar to coat. Place in the fridge to chill.
  2. Shake the raspberry liqueur and raspberry vodka in a cocktail shaker. Divide among the prepared glasses. Top with the sparkling wine.
