Ingredients:

  • 6 lemons 
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves 
  • 1 cup finely grated palm sugar 
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled vodka 
  • Ice cubes, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Slice each lemon into 8 wedges. Place three-quarters of the lemon wedges, half the basil and the sugar into a large bowl and use the end of a rolling pin to crush. Add the vodka and ice and stir to combine. Pour among serving glasses. Garnish with the remaining lemon and basil to serve.
