For a refreshing aperitif blend rose, mango and ruby grapefruit.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml mango nectar 
  • 250ml ruby red grapefruit juice 
  • 2 tsp grenadine syrup 
  • 1 x 750ml btl chilled sparkling rose 
  • Crushed ice, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Combine the mango nectar, grapefruit juice and grenadine in a jug. Pour evenly among serving glasses. Top with sparkling rose and crushed ice to serve.
