This refreshing cocktail is the perfect pick-me-up to get the party started.

  1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until sugar dissolves and liquid thickens. Set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
  2. Place sugar syrup, Drambuie, lemon juice, egg white and ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake until well combined. Strain into serving glasses and serve.
