Ingredients:

  • 850ml can apricot nectar 
  • 5 passionfruit, pulp removed 
  • 125g strawberries, hulled, chopped 
  • Chilled mineral water, lemonade or champagne, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Place apricot nectar, passionfruit pulp and strawberries into a serving jug. Mix well to combine. Refrigerate until required.
  2. To serve, pour apricot mixture into glasses so they are half-full. Top up with mineral water, lemonade or champagne.
