Ingredients:
- 850ml can apricot nectar
- 5 passionfruit, pulp removed
- 125g strawberries, hulled, chopped
- Chilled mineral water, lemonade or champagne, to serve
Instructions
- Place apricot nectar, passionfruit pulp and strawberries into a serving jug. Mix well to combine. Refrigerate until required.
- To serve, pour apricot mixture into glasses so they are half-full. Top up with mineral water, lemonade or champagne.
