Ingredients:

  • orange 
  • 8cm-long cinnamon stick 
  • 2 raspberry & peach tea bags 
  • 625ml boiling water 
  • ice cubes 

Instructions

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to cut the rind from an orange in long strips.
  2. Remove the pith with a sharp knife.
  3. Place the rind in a heatproof jug.
  4. Add an 8cm-long cinnamon stick, crumbled, and 2 raspberry & peach tea bags (Twinings brand).
  5. Pour in 625ml (2 1/2 cups) boiling water. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. Strain and drink hot or place in the fridge to serve chilled over ice cubes.
