Ingredients:
- orange
- 8cm-long cinnamon stick
- 2 raspberry & peach tea bags
- 625ml boiling water
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Use a vegetable peeler to cut the rind from an orange in long strips.
- Remove the pith with a sharp knife.
- Place the rind in a heatproof jug.
- Add an 8cm-long cinnamon stick, crumbled, and 2 raspberry & peach tea bags (Twinings brand).
- Pour in 625ml (2 1/2 cups) boiling water. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. Strain and drink hot or place in the fridge to serve chilled over ice cubes.
