Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Ovaltine powder 
• 4 cups milk 
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg 
• 16 white marshmallows 

Instructions

1. Place Ovaltine in a heatproof jug. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
2. Pour milk over Ovaltine. Add nutmeg and stir to combine.
3. Place 4 marshmallows in each glass. Pour over milk mixture. Serve.
