Here is the way to make your nightly cup of Ovaltine even more special.

Place Ovaltine in a heatproof jug. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
Pour milk over Ovaltine. Add nutmeg and stir to combine.
Place 4 marshmallows in each glass. Pour over milk mixture. Serve.
