Ingredients:
- 2 black tea tea bags
- 4 cups boiling water
- 5cm piece ginger, peeled, thinly sliced
- 6 large sprigs mint
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Place tea bags in a heatproof jug. Pour over boiling water. Add ginger and half the mint. Stir to combine. Allow to brew for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags.
- Allow tea to cool. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until cold.
- Stir condensed milk into tea. Strain. Pour over ice. Add remaining mint leaves. Serve.
