Cooking Coctails Lemongrass, rosemary and thyme tea

Wake up the body and sharpen the senses with this bracing beverage.

  1. Place rosemary, thyme and lemongrass in a 1.5 litre ceramic teapot with lid (see note).
  2. Add boiling water. Cover with lid. Set aside for 5 minutes for flavours to develop. Strain. Serve.
