Ingredients:
- 310ml Tanqueray Gin
- 750ml tonic water, chilled
- 1L ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1/2 pink grapefruit, peeled, thinly sliced
- 200ml lemon and barley cordial
- Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions
- Fill a punch bowl with ice then pour in 310ml of Tanqueray gin.
- Add tonic, grapefruit juice, lemon barley cordial and plenty of ice, then stir well.
- Garnish with grapefruit slices then serve.
