To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 green, jasmine and pear tea bags, 2 cups boiling water, 1 small cinnamon stick, 2 strips orange rind, 2 tsp honey , 1 pink lady apple, quartered, cored, cut into thin wedges, 3 cups lemonade, chilled, 1 cup ice cubes .
Ingredients:
- 2 green, jasmine and pear tea bags
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 strips orange rind
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 pink lady apple, quartered, cored, cut into thin wedges
- 3 cups lemonade, chilled
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Place tea bags in a heatproof jug. Add boiling water, cinnamon and orange rind. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow flavours to develop. Discard tea bags. Stir in honey. Cool completely.
- Transfer tea to a large serving jug. Add apple, lemonade and ice cubes. Serve.
