Ingredients:

  • 24 walnut halves 
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • 250g Philadelphia Original Spreadable Cream Cheese 
  • 120g blue cheese, crumbled 
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives 
  • 24 mini savoury tartlet cases 
  • Chopped chives, extra 

Instructions

  1. Toss walnut halves in the maple syrup, place on a paper lined baking tray. Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 5-8 minutes or until toasted.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, blue cheese and chives in a food processor and process until smooth. Chill.
  3. Pipe or spoon the cream cheese mixture into the tartlet cases, top with a sprinkle of extra chives and a walnut half. Serve immediately.
