Celebrate summer in Australian with this sparkling sangria.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 125g punnet raspberries, 100g strawberries, thinly sliced, 1 orange, thinly sliced, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/4 cup Cointreau, or orange liqueur , 2 tbsp caster sugar, 750ml rose wine, chilled, 2 cups lemonade, chilled , Crushed ice, to serve.
Ingredients:
- 125g punnet raspberries
- 100g strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup Cointreau, or orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 750ml rose wine, chilled
- 2 cups lemonade, chilled
- Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions
- Combine raspberries, strawberries, orange, cinnamon, Cointreau or orange liqueur and caster sugar in a large jug. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to develop the flavours.
- Add chilled rosé wine and lemonade. Remove and discard cinnamon stick. Add crushed ice and serve immediately.
