Ingredients:

  • 4 cups freshly brewed strong coffee 
  • 2/3 cup Kahlua or other liqueur 
  • sugar, to taste 
  • whipped thickened cream and almond macaroons, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Two-thirds fill pre-warmed coffee cups with hot coffee. Pour 1 tablespoon liqueur into each cup. Stir in sugar to taste.
  2. Top with cream. Serve with macaroons.
