Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk 
  • 1 cup thickened cream 
  • 150g milk chocolate, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter 

Instructions

  1. Place milk and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until just heated through (don't boil). Reduce heat to low. add chocolate. Whisk until melted and combined. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
  2. Add peanut butter, whisking until smooth. Serve.
