Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 150g milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
Instructions
- Place milk and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until just heated through (don't boil). Reduce heat to low. add chocolate. Whisk until melted and combined. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
- Add peanut butter, whisking until smooth. Serve.
