Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup white rum
- 1 litre chilled mango nectar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 yellow peaches, cut into thin wedges
- 1 litre chilled lemonade
- Fresh mint leaves and ice cubes, to serve
Instructions
- Combine rum, mango nectar, vanilla and peaches in a large jug.
- Just before serving, add lemonade. Stir gently to combine. Serve with mint leaves and ice cubes.
