To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 3/4 cup white rum, 1 litre chilled mango nectar, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 4 yellow peaches, cut into thin wedges, 1 litre chilled lemonade , Fresh mint leaves and ice cubes, to serve .

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup white rum 
  • 1 litre chilled mango nectar 
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 4 yellow peaches, cut into thin wedges 
  • 1 litre chilled lemonade 
  • Fresh mint leaves and ice cubes, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Combine rum, mango nectar, vanilla and peaches in a large jug.
  2. Just before serving, add lemonade. Stir gently to combine. Serve with mint leaves and ice cubes.
