Made with pink moscato, fresh fruit, cinnamon and mint, this cool cocktail is the perfect refresher.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1/2 orange, thinly sliced, 1 pear, peeled, cored, thinly sliced, 10 strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced, 1 cinnamon stick, 750ml Brown Brothers Moscato Rosa, chilled , 80ml triple sec liqueur, Chilled lemonade, to serve, 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves , Ice cubes, to serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 orange, thinly sliced 
  • 1 pear, peeled, cored, thinly sliced 
  • 10 strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced 
  • 1 cinnamon stick 
  • 750ml Brown Brothers Moscato Rosa, chilled 
  • 80ml triple sec liqueur 
  • Chilled lemonade, to serve 
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves 
  • Ice cubes, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Combine the orange, pear, strawberry and cinnamon in a large jug.
  2. Add the moscato and triple sec liqueur. Top with lemonade and stir in the mint. Cover and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours to chill.
  3. Add the ice cubes and serve.
