Ingredients:
- 1 tsp aromatic bitters
- 500ml chilled orange juice
- 80ml cognac
- 2 tbsp triple sec
- 10 ice cubes
- Peppercorn pate, to serve
- Melba toast, to serve
Instructions
- Place 1/4 teaspoon of bitters in each of four 250ml (1-cup) capacity serving glasses. Swirl to cover the base and 1cm up the side of the glass. Combine the orange juice, cognac and triple sec in a large cocktail shaker. Strain. Pour mixture evenly among glasses and serve immediately with the peppercorn pate and Melba toast.
