Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp aromatic bitters 
  • 500ml chilled orange juice 
  • 80ml cognac 
  • 2 tbsp triple sec 
  • 10 ice cubes 
  • Peppercorn pate, to serve 
  • Melba toast, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Place 1/4 teaspoon of bitters in each of four 250ml (1-cup) capacity serving glasses. Swirl to cover the base and 1cm up the side of the glass. Combine the orange juice, cognac and triple sec in a large cocktail shaker. Strain. Pour mixture evenly among glasses and serve immediately with the peppercorn pate and Melba toast.
