Planning your little magicians themed birthday bash is as easy as saying abra-kid-abra with this surprise soda.
- Divide lime coola, raspberry and tropical cordials evenly among four 12-hole (1 tablespoon-capacity) ice cube trays, keeping flavours separate, until each hole is 1/4 full. Carefully add enough sparkling mineral water to fill each hole (you'll need about 3 cups). Freeze overnight or until firm.
- Place 2 ice cubes of each colour into 8 serving glasses. Top up with remaining mineral water. Serve immediately.
