Ingredients:
- 250ml water
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 x 7cm cinnamon stick
- 1 x 500g pkt Angus Park traditional dried fruit salad
- 160ml Soy Life low-fat vanilla custard
Instructions
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
- Add the cinnamon. Increase heat to high and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes or until syrup thickens slightly.
- Reduce heat to low. Add the fruit and stir to coat in syrup. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes or until fruit softens. Divide among serving bowls and drizzle with syrup. Serve with custard.
