To make this dish at home by prescription from the author sheff would need: 6 Wattle Valley soft wraps lite white, 1 cup refried beans, 2 tomatoes, diced, 1 small red onion, sliced, 1/2 cup chopped coriander , 1 cup Coles brand shredded tasty cheddar, 200g Coles brand avocado dip, 150g Coles brand mild Mexican sauce, to serve .

Ingredients:

  • 6 Wattle Valley soft wraps lite white 
  • 1 cup refried beans 
  • 2 tomatoes, diced 
  • 1 small red onion, sliced 
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander 
  • 1 cup Coles brand shredded tasty cheddar 
  • 200g Coles brand avocado dip 
  • 150g Coles brand mild Mexican sauce, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Spread wraps with refried beans. Combine tomato, onion and coriander in a bowl. Divide among wraps. Sprinkle with cheddar. Top with dip and a little sauce. Roll up to enclose.
  2. Preheat a sandwich press and toast each wrap for 3-4 mins or until golden (alternatively, toast in a non-stick frying pan, sprayed with cooking oil, over medium heat for 2-3 mins each side). Serve with remaining sauce.
