  • 2 Arnott’s Vita-Weat Sesame, Pumpkin & Quinoa Lunch Slices 
  • 100g sliced tinned beetroot, drained 
  • 2 tsp lightly toasted pepitas 
  • 1/3 cup picked watercress leaves 

Instructions

  1. Spread the goat's cheese evenly over the Arnott’s Vita-Weat Sesame, Pumpkin & Quinoa Lunch slices.
  2. Top with some beetroot slices, pepitas and watercress leaves. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
