Ingredients:

  • 50g haloumi, cut into 4 slices 
  • 2 tbsp hummus 
  • 2 Arnott's Vita-Weat Mixed Grain and Toasted Sesame Lunch Slices 
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced 
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves 

Instructions

  1. Heat a small non-stick frying pan over high heat, spray with olive oil. Cook the haloumi, for 1 minute each side, or until golden.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over the Arnott’s Vita-Weat Mixed Grain and Toasted Sesame Lunch Slices. Top each with 2 slices haloumi, some tomato slices and parsley leaves. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
