Ingredients:
- 50g haloumi, cut into 4 slices
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 2 Arnott's Vita-Weat Mixed Grain and Toasted Sesame Lunch Slices
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions
- Heat a small non-stick frying pan over high heat, spray with olive oil. Cook the haloumi, for 1 minute each side, or until golden.
- Spread hummus evenly over the Arnott’s Vita-Weat Mixed Grain and Toasted Sesame Lunch Slices. Top each with 2 slices haloumi, some tomato slices and parsley leaves. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
