Ingredients:

  • 180g spreadable light cream cheese 
  • 1 x 125g can corn kernels, drained 
  • 1 x 100g can tuna in springwater, drained 
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives 
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice 
  • 2 slices lavash bread 

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, corn and tuna in a bowl. Stir in chives and lemon juice. Spread over lavash bread. Roll up firmly to enclose filling. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place on a serving plate to serve.
