Ingredients:

  • 250g cream cheese, softened 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp vodka 
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill 
  • 2 x 60g packets mini vol au vents 
  • 100g smoked salmon, cut into 24 strips 
  • Dill sprigs, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, vodka (if using) and chopped dill in a bowl. Season with pepper.
  2. Fill pastry cases with cream cheese mixture. Top with salmon and dill sprigs. Serve.
