Smoked ocean trout and dill pasta

Just a few simple ingredients are needed to create this healthy, lower GI pasta dish.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1 x 250g pkt dried tagliatelle, 2 x 150g pkts smoked ocean trout , roughly flaked, 40g baby rocket leaves, 2 tbsp fresh dill tips, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice , 2 tsp olive oil, Freshly ground black pepper .
Ingredients:
- 1 x 250g pkt dried tagliatelle
- 2 x 150g pkts smoked ocean trout , roughly flaked
- 40g baby rocket leaves
- 2 tbsp fresh dill tips
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain. Return to the pan.
- Add the trout, rocket, dill, lemon juice and oil to the pasta and gently toss until combined. Season with pepper. Divide among bowls and serve immediately.
