This classic dipping sauce is a perfect accompaniment for any Asian banquet.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 2 long red chillies, 1 garlic clove, chopped, 1 tbsp grated palm sugar, 2 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp fish sauce , 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar .
Ingredients:
- 2 long red chillies
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp grated palm sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Instructions
- Seed 1 chilli. Roughly chop both chillies. Place chilli and garlic in a small food processor. Process until finely chopped.
- Place chilli mixture, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, vinegar and 2 tablespoons cold water in a small bowl. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Serve.
