To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 350g spaghettini, 250g seafood salad flakes, shredded, 1 cup black olives, Juice & finely grated zest from 1 large lemon, 2 cloves garlic, crushed , 2 long red chillies, thinly sliced, 80g baby rocket leaves, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil , Sea salt freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

Ingredients:

  • 350g spaghettini 
  • 250g seafood salad flakes, shredded 
  • 1 cup black olives 
  • Juice & finely grated zest from 1 large lemon 
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed 
  • 2 long red chillies, thinly sliced 
  • 80g baby rocket leaves 
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • Sea salt freshly ground black pepper, to taste 

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in large pan of salted, boiling water for 5 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and run under water until cold.
  2. Meanwhile, place seafood salad flakes, olives, lemon zest and juice, garlic, chilli, rocket and olive oil in a large serving bowl. Add pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
