Ingredients:

  • 500g pork mince 
  • 6 fresh shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced 
  • 60ml oyster sauce 
  • 250g pkt egg fried rice in 2 1/2 minutes 
  • 8 iceberg lettuce leaves 

Instructions

  1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook pork mince, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 minutes or until the mince changes colour. Add mushroom and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until soft. Add the oyster sauce and stir until well combined.
  2. Add the rice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until the rice is heated through. Divide the pork mixture among lettuce leaves.
