To make this dish at home by prescription from the author sheff would need: 270g dried soba noodles, 2 cups shredded red cabbage, 1 medium carrot, peeled, halved, thinly sliced diagonally, 1 garlic clove, finely chopped, 3cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped , 100g snow pea sprouts, trimmed, halved, 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce, 1/4 cup lime juice .
Ingredients:
- 270g dried soba noodles
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, peeled, halved, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped
- 100g snow pea sprouts, trimmed, halved
- 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
Instructions
- Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 2 to 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
- Place cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger, sprouts and noodles in a large bowl. Combine chilli sauce and lime juice in a bowl. Add to noodle mixture. Season with salt. Toss to combine. Serve.
