Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce 
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce 
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard 
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar 
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed 
  • 2kg Aussie-style pork ribs 

Instructions

  1. Combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, sugar and garlic in a small bowl. Place ribs in a large, shallow glass or ceramic dish. Add sauce mixture. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight, if time permits.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place ribs in a greased baking dish, reserving any remaining marinade. Bake for 1 hour, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking, or until glazed and cooked through.
  3. Cut ribs into pieces. Serve.
