Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook breadcrumbs, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until light golden. Add garlic and anchovy. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes or until aromatic and breadcrumbs are golden. Stir in parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cook beans in a saucepan of salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain and refresh under cold running water. Drain. Place in a serving platter and sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture.
