Ingredients:
- 120g mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 medium packham pear, halved, cored, sliced
- 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 75g blue castello cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dry-roasted hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Combine lettuce, pear, onion, cheese and hazelnuts in a salad bowl. Drizzle over oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Serve with roast chicken, turkey or pork.
