Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil or olive oil 
  • 1 pkt The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala 
  • 2 large Coles Brand RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets, diced into 2cm cubes 
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt, to serve 
  • Mint leaves, to garnish 
  • Steamed rice, to serve 
  • Naan or paratha, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan, add The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala spices and cook for 20 seconds or until fragrant. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala base sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Add The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala main sauce and bring to the boil. Continue cooking for 6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Spoon over yoghurt, scatter over mint leaves and serve with steamed rice, and naan or paratha.
