To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1 tsp vegetable oil or olive oil, 1 pkt The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala, 2 large Coles Brand RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets, diced into 2cm cubes, Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste, 2 tbsp plain yoghurt, to serve , Mint leaves, to garnish, Steamed rice, to serve, Naan or paratha, to serve .
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1 pkt The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala
- 2 large Coles Brand RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets, diced into 2cm cubes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt, to serve
- Mint leaves, to garnish
- Steamed rice, to serve
- Naan or paratha, to serve
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan, add The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala spices and cook for 20 seconds or until fragrant. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala base sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala main sauce and bring to the boil. Continue cooking for 6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Spoon over yoghurt, scatter over mint leaves and serve with steamed rice, and naan or paratha.
