Ingredients:

• 2 milk arrowroot biscuits 
• Reduced-fat cream cheese 
• 6 small strawberries, washed and hulled 
• 4 small raspberries 

Instructions

1. Spread biscuits with reduced-fat cream cheese. Thinly slice 4 strawberries lengthways. Arrange the strawberry, overlapping, over each biscuit to make scales. Add raspberries to make eyes. Cut slits in the base of 2 strawberries without cutting all the way through. Fan the strawberries and attach to the end of each biscuit to make a tail.
