Ingredients:

  • 450g pork mince 
  • 1/3 cup roughly chopped roasted peanuts 
  • 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce 
  • 150g Asian salad with crunchy noodles and dressing 
  • 1/3 cup Japanese-style mayonnaise 
  • 4 crusty bread rolls, split 

Instructions

  1. Heat a greased barbecue plate or chargrill on medium‑high.
  2. Combine mince, peanuts and sauce in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Using clean hands, mix until well combined. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Flatten slightly. Cook patties, turning, for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, combine salad, noodles and dressing in bowl. Toss to combine.
  4. Spread mayonnaise over roll bases. Top evenly with salad mixture and patties. Sandwich with roll tops. Serve.
