Ingredients:
- 450g pork mince
- 1/3 cup roughly chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce

- 1/3 cup Japanese-style mayonnaise
- 4 crusty bread rolls, split
Instructions
- Heat a greased barbecue plate or chargrill on medium‑high.
- Combine mince, peanuts and sauce in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Using clean hands, mix until well combined. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Flatten slightly. Cook patties, turning, for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine salad, noodles and dressing in bowl. Toss to combine.
- Spread mayonnaise over roll bases. Top evenly with salad mixture and patties. Sandwich with roll tops. Serve.
