Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. seasoned panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 package fresh tortelloni cooked
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. spicy marinara pasta sauce warmed
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with parchment. Beat eggs. In another bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, and garlic. Working in batches, coat tortelloni in flour; dip in eggs. Coat in panko mixture. Transfer to baking sheet; coat with cooking spray. Bake 25 minutes until golden, turning once. Serve with sauce.
